Registration

Registration Services

Registration isn’t just for trucks — trailers, RVs, motorcycles, boats, and even personal vehicles each come with their own rules, forms, and classifications, and getting any of them wrong can mean delays or repeat filings. Below is everything we handle, from commercial truck and trailer registration to apportioned plates and VIN verification, so whatever’s in your fleet — or your driveway — gets registered right the first time.

Registering more than one type of vehicle? We can handle it all in one go.

Commercial Truck Registration

Registering a commercial truck involves more documentation and classification requirements than a personal vehicle, and getting the weight class and use designation right up front avoids problems at renewal. We handle the registration process end to end so your truck is properly classified from day one.

Commercial Trailers Registration (PTI)

Trailers require their own registration — and in some states, a Permanent Trailer Identification (PTI) — separate from the truck pulling them. We make sure your trailer registration is filed correctly and matched up with the rest of your fleet’s paperwork.

RV Trailers Registration

Recreational trailers have their own registration category, distinct from commercial trailers, with requirements that vary depending on size and use. We handle the filing so it’s classified and registered correctly the first time.

Personal Auto Registration

Standard vehicle registration for personal-use cars and trucks — straightforward, but easy to let lapse when you’re focused on keeping commercial vehicles compliant. We can handle this alongside your fleet registrations so nothing falls through the cracks.

Not sure which registration applies to you? Ask us — it's what we do.

Motorcycle Registration

Motorcycle registration follows its own set of state requirements, separate from standard vehicle registration. We handle the paperwork so it’s one less thing on your plate.

Recreational Vehicle Registration

RVs are registered under their own classification, with requirements that can differ meaningfully from both personal and commercial vehicles depending on size and weight. We take care of getting it registered correctly.

OHV Vehicle Registration

Off-highway vehicles — ATVs, dirt bikes, and similar — often require a distinct registration or permit for legal use, even off public roads in some states. We handle the filing so you’re covered wherever you’re riding.

Boat/Vessel Registration

Watercraft registration is handled separately from vehicle registration, typically through a state’s marine or wildlife agency rather than its DMV. We manage the paperwork so your vessel is properly registered and titled.

Juggling registrations for a growing fleet? Let's simplify it together.

Partial Year Registration (PYR)

For vehicles that only operate part of the year — seasonal equipment or trucks pulled off the road temporarily — partial year registration can reduce costs compared to a full annual registration. We help determine if you qualify and handle the filing.

IRP or Apportioned Plates

Apportioned plates issued under the International Registration Plan let a vehicle legally operate across multiple jurisdictions under one registration, with fees apportioned by mileage. We handle the registration and plate issuance as part of your broader IRP setup.

Special Plates (SE)

Certain vehicle types or uses qualify for special plate designations, which can carry different requirements or fee structures than standard plates. We help determine if your vehicle qualifies and handle the application.

VIN Verification

Some registrations — particularly for out-of-state vehicles, rebuilt titles, or homemade trailers — require a VIN verification to confirm the vehicle’s identity before it can be registered. We coordinate this step so it doesn’t hold up the rest of your registration.
